I'm a voice actor and actor driven with a purpose, not to be the story; but to help create it.
I spent more than a decade in broadcast television, in front of and behind cameras and mics as a journalist. In that time, I contributed to Emmy Award winning news broadcasts, I've been personally nominated for Emmy awards, and was an AP Award Finalist. I won an award for having good hair once! True story. People who watched me on TV still come up to me, or drop me a line to say hello and actually don't mention my hair. They often say they miss me on TV, enjoyed watching me, or liked the way I told stories--and that means more to me than any award, ever. I've always followed my passions professionally. My love for acting, improv, and creative collaboration goes back to my college days and the winding road of life brought me back to it.
I'm three years into my career as a Voice Actor/Actor, in which I have been incredibly active working with clients on voiceover and on-camera projects, live improv comedy, producing podcasts, designing and building a professional home studio, and trudging down the long road of learning critical aspects of audio engineering and how to run a small business!
I’ve spent my whole life studying people in service, the labor industry, healthcare, and as journalist, found myself in a variety of places/situations for better or for worse! My approach to voice acting and performance includes my life’s experience, acting experience dating back to my time at Florida State University, and my years spent studying other actors, voice actors, working with voice coaches, and making many friends in the industry.
